Visa Invitation Letter

If you need a visa invitation letter to attend the conference, then please register and pay as soon as possible (applications for visa take time). After the payment, contact Mr. Aymen Fakhreddine (aymen[dot]fakhreddine[at]imdea[dot]org) asking for the letter. We cannot issue visa letters before we have received your registration and payment. To prevent abuse of visa letters to enter Spain for purposes other than attending the conference, we will inform the authorities in Spain and in the residence country of the applicant in case misconduct is detected.
